In November 2020, he was dually affirmed and consecrated as an Apostle and Bishop. He has been preaching, teaching, supporting, evangelizing, directing, and prophesying for more than 21 years. With a heart like David, he prides himself in being a praiser, a man who seeks to please God in all he does. Being a perfectionist, he seeks to serve God with a spirit of excellence and humility. His firm belief is either do it perfectly or don’t do it at all. Believing in the mission to serve, Apostle Patterson embodies a servant’s heart. Not being able to sit at home, he gained employment with KIPP Durham College Prep School where their mission and focus is with black and brown children from under privileged communities to assist them in obtaining grammar and college education. Apostle Patterson is married to “Lady E”, Pastor in the Lord’s Church, and God has blessed them to be married for 36 years. To their union blessings flow with two children, Elder Xavier Patterson, Sis. Rhea and her husband Bro. Jonathon Woodruff, one grand son, Kahmari Woodruff and a multitude of godchildren. It is Apostle Patterson’s vision that God will use him to bridge the gap between the world and Christ and help to restore the church to its rightful place. He believes that it is the will of God for him to bring souls to Christ. Apostle Patterson’s testimony is “God did it before, He will do it again!” Do not measure him by other men but measure him by the word and how God uses him.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
